I spent the majority of my life observing, exploring, learning, and playing. Much of who I have been throughout my life, much of what I have done, has led me here. I have a passion for movement, philosophy, and biology. My approach is based on my background in anatomy & physiology, dance, as well as visual art and psychology. It is also based on traditions and varying schools of thought in the world of yoga. 

I became interested in yoga on a more profound level for both health reasons and personal development or self realization. Yoga has helped me gain awareness, yoga has helped me heal on a profoundly physical, mental, and spiritual level. This practice and lifestyle provides tools for well-being, it empowers individuals to take control over their health and elevate their consciousness.

Yoga changed my life.

My journey began at the age of 12 in south Florida, when my mom became a yoga instructor. I remember the visits to the Ashram, participating in morning Sadhana and chanting with my mom's guru before everyone gathered for communal breakfasts and karma yoga. I spent my childhood practicing alongside my mother, not realizing the underlying benefits of the practices, such as asana and meditation, that I had already began to engrain into my lifestyle. I received my 200 hour yoga teacher certification from Yogi Hari's Ashram in February 2019 from my Guru Shri Yogi Hari, master of Sampoorna Yoga. His school of thought stems from the Sivananda Lineage and integrates Hatha, Raja, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana and Nada Yoga. Sampoorna Yoga, the yoga of fullness, addresses all aspects of the individual in order to "purify" or "harmonize" all aspects of the human personality. In December 2020 I received my 300 hour yoga teacher certification from Brett Larkin's Uplifted Academy. This advanced training focused on specialties like restorative and yin yoga, myofascial release, Pre- and post- natal yoga, arm balancing, injury management, trauma informed yoga, amongst many other advanced disciplines.

In order to change the world for the better, we must first look inward and begin to transform ourselves. My mission is to share my knowledge and expertise in order to improve and elevate our state of being

- starting from the micro to macro level.
